How to list your SaaS on Crozdesk (free vendor listing)
In this article
Crozdesk is a business software directory with product profiles, reviews and a score for each listing called the Crozscore. A basic listing is free. Black and White Zebra bought Crozdesk in April 2022, and vendors now manage their listings through a portal called Revleads, so the sign-up and the help pages carry that name rather than Crozdesk's.
- Apply for a free listing at vendor.revleads.com/user/signup, which Crozdesk links to, or claim an existing listing at crozdesk.com/claims/new.
- The claim form asks for a professional email, ideally on the listing's own domain, so claim from your company address.
- Reviews feed the Crozscore, and collecting reviews is the route Crozdesk gives for improving it.
- Pay-per-click campaigns exist but carry a minimum of $1,000 a month, according to the Revleads FAQ read on 28 October 2026.
The anatomy of a Crozdesk listing that works
- Claimed from your own domainA professional email on the product's domain, with every claim field filled.
- Managed in RevleadsThe vendor portal behind Crozdesk, with password-less sign-in by email link.
- A consistent profileName, one-liner, category and pricing identical to your homepage.
- Steady reviewsReviews are the stated way to move the Crozscore, answered in plain language.
What Crozdesk is
Crozdesk lists business software by category, with a profile for each product at crozdesk.com/software/your-product. A profile carries a description, features, pricing information, reviews and the Crozscore, which Crozdesk computes from a set of rating factors. Black and White Zebra, which owns several software review sites, bought Crozdesk in April 2022. The vendor side now runs through Revleads, whose knowledge base answers most practical questions.
Who actually reads it
People comparing tools in a category land on Crozdesk from search, often on a category page or a comparison. The audience is smaller than G2's or Capterra's, which is why it belongs after them in your running order: worth an hour once your main review profiles are right, and cheap to keep accurate after that.

Create or claim the profile
- Search Crozdesk for your product first. If a listing exists, claim it at crozdesk.com/claims/new. Every field is required: the listing, your name, country, company, position, a professional email and a phone number.
- If there is no listing, apply at vendor.revleads.com/user/signup. Logins are password-less: Revleads emails you a sign-in link each time.
- Inside the Vendor Panel, add a new listing with the plus icon.
- Read the vendor policy when you sign up. Its page did not load when this guide was checked on 28 October 2026, so the rules shown on the day are the ones that count.
- A Crozdesk blog post from 2016 said approval usually took 48 hours. That figure is old, so allow longer before you chase.
Match your own site exactly
- Use the product name exactly as your homepage writes it.
- Reuse your homepage one-liner as the summary, so the profile echoes your own words.
- Choose the category a customer would search for, not the broadest one on offer.
- Match pricing to your pricing page, including whether there is a free plan or a trial.
The consistency rules
Crozdesk is one of several directories describing your product, and people trust the ones that agree with each other and with your site. Keep the name, one-liner, category and pricing identical to G2, Capterra and your homepage. When your pricing or positioning changes, put Crozdesk on the list of profiles you update in the same pass.
Common mistakes
- Claiming from a personal email address on a different domain from the product.
- Leaving fields blank on the claim form, which requires all of them.
- Asking for a critical review to come down without evidence. The Revleads FAQ says reviews are removed only with clear evidence, so reply to the review instead.
- Starting a pay-per-click campaign before the free profile is complete. A $1,000 monthly minimum is a lot to spend sending people to a half-finished page.
How to keep the listing alive
Ask customers for reviews steadily, because reviews are what move the Crozscore. Respond to reviews from the Vendor Panel in plain, specific language, critical ones included. Revisit the profile when pricing, features or positioning change, and check it alongside your other directory profiles so none of them drift.
