Pricing & billing

How much does AfterLaunch cost?
AfterLaunch has one paid plan: Founder, at $149 a month. Before you pay anything you get a free Growth Snapshot that shows where you stand across AI engines, search, and your main channels, plus a 14-day free trial. If it is earning its place after two weeks, Founder continues the work at $149 a month. Cancel any time, no annual commitment.
What do I get with the free Snapshot?
A full AI visibility diagnostic for any URL. The full scan takes about ten minutes, results land as they are found, and the full report arrives by email. The snapshot covers the leading AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), an SEO audit, competitor landscape, and up to five concrete actions ordered by leverage. It is a one-time diagnostic. The continuous monitoring, the growth Feed, the drafting, and the proof layer all sit in the Founder plan, and the 14-day free trial lets you see it working before you pay.
What does the Founder plan include?
Founder is your always-on growth agent. It tracks your AI visibility, SEO, competitors, and channels every week and keeps a prioritised Feed of growth work, so there is always a clear next step. It drafts posts for LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Hacker News in your voice, and connects your Google Analytics and Search Console to show which work actually moved your numbers. Start with the 14-day free trial, no card required.
Can I justify $149 a month before I have revenue?
That is the stage AfterLaunch is built for. It runs your growth work every week instead of the hours you do not have or a marketer you cannot hire yet. Start on the free Snapshot to see the gaps, run the 14-day trial with no card, and only continue once it is doing work you would otherwise do yourself. Cancel any time.
Is this just another AI tool that generates content?
No. Intelligence is a commodity, and you are not paying for it twice: you are paying for what intelligence cannot generate, which is what actually happened, to you, to your rivals, and to your market, while you were building. Generic tools start from a blank prompt. AfterLaunch starts from your snapshot, your voice, your competitors, and your knowledge base, so the drafts sound like you and the priorities fit your product. And it does not stop at output: it connects your own analytics to show which work actually changed your numbers.
What if it does not move my numbers?
You will see that plainly. AfterLaunch connects your Google Analytics and Search Console and ties the work back to what shifted, so you are never guessing. Start with the free trial before you pay, and cancel any time, so a month that does not earn its place is the most you ever risk.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime. Cancel via the customer portal link in your billing receipts or by emailing [email protected]. No calls, no forms, no retention scripts. Your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
Do you offer refunds?
AfterLaunch does not offer refunds as standard. A free 14-day trial with no credit card required precedes any purchase, so you can evaluate it before you pay. Subscriptions are not refundable, and you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the current paid period. Top-up credit packs are not refundable either, and purchased credits never expire, so nothing you buy is ever lost. If your situation is unusual, email [email protected] and make your case; any refund is at our discretion. This does not affect non-waivable consumer rights under your local law.
How does the credits meter work, and how is it different from the subscription?
They are two separate things. The Founder subscription unlocks AfterLaunch and pays for all the always-on work it does on its own: the scheduled checks on how AI engines describe you, the drafts it prepares, the signals it watches around the clock. That work is always included and never touches the meter. The meter is separate: Founder includes a monthly allowance of fuel for the work a founder chooses to run on demand, from an extra draft to a deep AI visibility scan or a full article. A bigger job uses more of the meter, and the weight of a job shows before it runs. The meter refills at the start of each billing month.
What uses the meter, and what is always free?
Everything AfterLaunch does on a schedule is free and part of the plan: the weekly AI visibility checks, the drafts it prepares, the signal scans, watching competitors and the site. Marking work done or skipped is free, and so is editing a draft yourself or handing it to your own AI to finish. AfterLaunch never quietly runs down the meter in the background. The meter is used only when you press a button to run something on demand: a deep AI Visibility scan, writing an on-demand article, or asking for more moves in the Feed. The heavier the job, the more it uses, and the weight shows on the button before it runs.
What happens when the meter is used up?
Nothing breaks. The everyday monitoring and drafts keep running exactly as before, because those are part of the plan, not the meter. The only thing that pauses is the heavy on-demand jobs. A founder can top up any time to keep going, or wait for the meter to refill at the start of the next billing month. A used-up meter is a normal, recoverable state, never an error.
Does the meter roll over each month?
The monthly meter does not roll over. It refills at the start of each billing month, so a quiet month does not bank fuel for a busy one. Top-ups are different: those are paid for, so they stay until they are used, even after the monthly meter refills. AfterLaunch always draws from the monthly meter first and only reaches for a top-up once the monthly fuel is gone.
What happens to the meter if a job does not finish?
AfterLaunch puts the fuel back automatically. A founder only ever pays for work that actually completes. Fuel already granted is never clawed back, and top-ups stay regardless because they were paid for.
Does the $149 a month cover everything?
The always-on work is fully covered: the scheduled checks on how AI engines describe you, the drafts AfterLaunch prepares, the signals it watches around the clock. None of that costs extra and none of it ever pauses. On top of that, Founder includes a monthly allowance for the work you run on demand, from an extra article to a deep scan. The allowance refreshes each month, and top-up packs are there if you want more. Nothing touches it unless you press the button.

Product

What is AfterLaunch?
AfterLaunch is the agentic growth engine, built for solo founders and small SaaS teams. It tracks how your product shows up across the leading AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), classic SEO, competitor activity, and the communities where your customers actually research, and it keeps the record of what changed. It keeps the Feed of moves, each briefed with its evidence, a working draft in your voice and the bar it must clear, so there is always a next step you can ship in 15 minutes. It is the agentic stack that turns your AI into a growth engine.
How does AfterLaunch actually work?
Three steps. First, run a free snapshot on your URL to see where you stand across AI search engines and SEO. Second, sign up for the 14-day trial and add 1-3 writing samples so the drafts sound like you. Third, the agent keeps the Feed of moves from the moment you finish onboarding, each briefed with its evidence, a working draft in your voice and the bar it must clear, so there is always a next step waiting.
Which AI engines does AfterLaunch track?
The leading AI search engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Each one is tracked separately because they cite different sources, so optimising for a single engine misses much of the AI discovery surface. AfterLaunch shows your visibility, citation rate, sentiment, and competitor coverage per engine.
How quickly does the agent start working?
Right away. The moment you finish onboarding, the agent runs your first scans and starts filling your Feed with prioritised growth work, usually within a few minutes. From there it refreshes as new scans land, so there is always a current next step waiting in your Feed.
How does AfterLaunch match my writing voice?
During onboarding you drop in 1-3 writing samples (tweets, emails, product descriptions, anything that sounds like you). The agent uses those samples as the reference for every draft, so the copy reads like something you would have written. The richer your samples, the closer the voice match. You can update your samples anytime on the About my voice page in your Memory.
How long before I see results?
Voice samples and snapshot diagnostics produce immediate value: your Feed fills with prioritised work within minutes and the diagnostic shows you exactly where you stand right now. AI visibility shifts take longer, typically weeks to months of consistent compound-mention work across third-party surfaces like Reddit, podcasts, and review sites. SEO movement is similar. AfterLaunch makes the work visible and concrete; the compounding takes time and consistent effort.
I already pay for ChatGPT. Why would I need AfterLaunch?
A chat is a one-off answer. It does not know your product beyond what you paste in, it gives a different answer each time you ask, and it cannot check whether the advice worked. AfterLaunch is built around those three gaps: it grounds every draft in your snapshot, your competitors, your knowledge base and your voice; it measures how you actually show up, putting 15 real customer questions to the leading AI search engines on a schedule once you are on Founder, and a shorter set during the free trial; and it reads your Google Analytics and Search Console to show which work moved your numbers. You could rebuild parts of that with prompts every morning. The point is that you should not have to.
Is AI visibility just the new SEO snake oil?
Some of what is sold under that label is, and the scepticism is healthy. Two things separate measurement from a sales screenshot. First, sample size: AI engines answer the same question differently from run to run, so one good answer proves nothing. On Founder, AfterLaunch puts 15 real customer questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, plus any you add yourself, and a shorter set during the free trial. It scores how often you are named in each engine and tracks that rate over time, so you see a trend, not a trophy. Second, proportion: AI answers are one surface among several. AfterLaunch works them alongside classic search, your site and the communities where your customers research, and it never claims one surface is the whole game.
