AfterLaunch does not offer refunds as standard. A free 14-day trial with no credit card required precedes any purchase, so you can evaluate it before you pay. Subscriptions are not refundable, and you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the current paid period. Top-up credit packs are not refundable either, and purchased credits never expire, so nothing you buy is ever lost. If your situation is unusual, email billing@afterlaunch.io and make your case; any refund is at our discretion. This does not affect non-waivable consumer rights under your local law.

Credits pay for jobs you start yourself, such as a deep AI visibility scan or a full article. Everything AfterLaunch runs on its own schedule is included and uses none. Founder comes with a monthly allowance, and you can buy top-ups.

Only jobs you start: a deep AI Visibility scan, writing an on-demand article, adding a competitor, or asking your connected AI for more moves. Scheduled checks, the drafts on your Board, marking a move shipped or skipped, and editing a draft use none. The app shows what a job uses before you run it.

Scheduled work carries on as normal. Jobs you start pause until you buy a top-up or your allowance refills at the start of your next billing month.

Monthly credits do not: the allowance expires at the end of each billing month. Top-up credits never expire. AfterLaunch spends the monthly allowance first.
