Refund Policy

Eligibility

First-time subscribers to any AfterLaunch paid tier are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription, provided they haven't already received a refund from us in the past.

Subscribers who have previously received a refund and re-subscribed are not eligible for a second refund except at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of your initial subscription. Include:

We'll process the refund within 5 business days. The refund returns to the original payment method via our payment processor Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for AfterLaunch subscriptions. Bank processing times vary; expect 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, refunds are at our discretion and typically not provided for partial-month usage. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

Cancellation is separate from refunds. You can cancel your subscription any time via your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access until then.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. To request a refund, follow the procedure above.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

Lifetime and grandfathered pricing

If you subscribed under a 'first 50 founders' or similar capped lifetime price, the standard 30-day refund policy applies to your initial subscription. After the 30-day window, lifetime pricing is non-refundable.
