Subscription fees are not refundable. Because a free 14-day trial (no credit card required) precedes any subscription, you can try the full product before you decide to pay.
You can cancel at any time via your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then. We do not refund the current period or any unused portion of it.
Top-up packs are one-time purchases of additional usage credits for metered actions, billed through Dodo Payments alongside your subscription. They are not recurring charges.
Top-up packs are not refundable. Buying a pack is a deliberate choice to add usage that never expires. The credits keep their full value until you spend them, so nothing you buy is ever lost to time.
If you cancel your subscription, any top-up credits remaining when your subscription ends stay attached to your account and are restored if you resubscribe. An active paid subscription is required to spend them.
The monthly allowance included with your subscription is different from a top-up pack: it has no cash value, cannot be refunded as money, and expires at the end of each billing month.
If you believe your circumstances warrant an exception, email [email protected] and make your case. Include the email address associated with your account and a brief explanation.
We will consider every request in good faith, but any refund is granted entirely at our sole discretion and is not a right. If we do grant a top-up pack refund, all of the credits that the pack added are removed from your balance. If some of those credits have already been spent, your balance can go negative until you buy another pack or your next monthly allowance arrives.
Where a refund is granted, it returns to the original payment method via our payment processor Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for AfterLaunch subscriptions. Bank processing times vary; expect 3-10 business days for a granted refund to appear in your account.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your own jurisdiction. Where such law gives you a right to a refund that this policy does not, that law prevails.
