These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AfterLaunch (the "Service"), operated by AfterLaunch Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
If you're using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to both you personally and the organisation.
AfterLaunch is an AI-powered growth marketing assistant for SaaS founders. We provide:
The Service is provided "as is." We continuously improve it. Specific features may be added, modified, or removed.

When using the Service, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, without refund.
You retain ownership of content you submit (URLs, voice samples, custom prompts, edits to generated content).
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
Content we generate for you (briefs, snapshots, articles, drafts) is provided to you for your use. You may edit, publish, or distribute generated content as you see fit.
We make no claim of ownership over generated content delivered to you. However:
The Service itself (including code, design, branding, and proprietary methods) is owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the Service as intended.
We offer a free Growth Snapshot tool and a 14-day free trial without payment. No credit card is required to start the trial. Conversion to a paid subscription at the end of the trial is opt-in only. We will not charge you unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid tier.
We offer paid subscription tiers at the prices displayed at afterlaunch.io/pricing. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. We bill via Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record. This means Dodo Payments processes payments, handles VAT, GST, and sales tax collection in applicable jurisdictions, and issues invoices on our behalf. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges and accept the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.
Top-up packs (Section 6.7) are one-time charges billed through Dodo Payments alongside your subscription. Buying a pack is a single charge at the price shown; it is not a recurring charge and does not change your subscription price.
You can cancel any time via Settings → Billing, or by emailing billing@afterlaunch.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access until then, and we do not refund the current or any partial period (see Section 6.5).
We do not offer refunds as standard. A free trial (14 days, no credit card required) precedes any purchase, so you can evaluate AfterLaunch fully before you pay.
Subscriptions are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and your access continues to the end of your current paid period. We do not refund the current period or any unused portion of it.
Top-up packs are not refundable. Buying a pack is a deliberate choice to add usage that never expires. Pack credits keep their full value until you spend them, so nothing you buy is ever lost to time. If we do refund a pack at our discretion, all of the credits that the pack added are removed from your balance. If some of those credits have already been spent, your balance can go negative until you buy another pack or your next monthly allowance arrives.
If you believe your circumstances warrant an exception, you can email billing@afterlaunch.io and make your case. Any refund is granted at our sole discretion and is not a right. This does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have (see Section 14.4).
We may decline or reverse a refund, and suspend or terminate access, where we detect fraud, abuse, repeated chargebacks or payment disputes, or a violation of these Terms.
If you cancel your subscription, any top-up credits remaining when your subscription ends stay attached to your account and are restored if you resubscribe. An active paid subscription is required to spend them.
We may change prices, the size of the included monthly allowance, the credit cost of a metered action, or the contents of top-up packs with 30 days' advance notice via email. If you don't accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect. Existing subscribers at the time of a price change may be grandfathered at the original price (we'll communicate this in the change notice).
Some of the Service runs continuously as part of your subscription. Other features are metered on-demand actions that you choose to run, such as a deeper scan or an extra piece of generated content. Metered actions draw on a usage allowance measured in credits.
Credits meter your usage of the Service. They are not a deposit, a stored-value instrument, or a currency.
The Service includes connector tools that pre-fill content into third-party platforms (X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Substack). Important:
Separately, the Service lets you connect read-only analytics accounts (Google Analytics and Google Search Console) so we can show you outcome and movement data. When you connect such an account:
The Service uses AI to generate content. You acknowledge:
We use multi-pass quality gates and source-grounding requirements to minimise errors, but we cannot guarantee perfect output.
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. The Service may be unavailable due to:
We don't owe service credits for downtime. If extended outages occur, we'll communicate proactively.
You can stop using the Service any time. To delete your account and data, email hello@afterlaunch.io or use the Settings → Account flow. When you delete your account, we run a deletion that removes your account and associated data (see the Privacy Policy retention schedule for the limited categories we retain for legal or accounting reasons).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
For non-violation terminations, we'll provide reasonable notice.

These limitations apply even if we knew of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AfterLaunch from claims arising out of:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Before commencing any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by email at hello@afterlaunch.io. We aim to respond within 30 days. The informal-resolution period runs for 60 days from the initial notice.
If informal resolution fails, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), as amended. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, or, failing agreement within 30 days, appointed in accordance with the Act. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Subject to the arbitration provisions above, the courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration, including interim relief and enforcement of arbitral awards.
Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. Users in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer-protection laws may have additional rights to bring proceedings in their local courts.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via:
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you don't accept new Terms, stop using the Service before they take effect.
These Terms (along with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.

These Terms don't create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
